Not only the displays, but also many devices to use glass as a substrate. These bonding has been bonded using adhesive materials. Recently, there are many requests that use in harsh conditions and prevent permeation of moisture, so it has been requested the bonding of between inorganic materials in room temperature. This research is thought that big contribution of room temperature bonding of glass in industrial fields.
